Welcome to Re-Up Supplies. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By purchasing from us or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Product Accuracy and Pricing

  • PPE & Supplies: We strive to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions, specifically regarding material grades (e.g., mil thickness for nitrile gloves) and safety certifications. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free.

  • Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a service or product at any time.

3. Orders and Billing

We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order you place with us. This includes orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email provided at the time the order was made.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Warehouse Distribution: While we operate multiple warehouses across the United States to expedite delivery, shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.

  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Re-Up Supplies are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • For any unlawful purpose.

  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

  • To submit false or misleading information.

6. Limitation of Liability

Re-Up Supplies, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data arising from your use of any of our products.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
