What is a case and how many units does it include?
A case contains 10 boxes of 100 units each — that's 1,000 units per case. All products on Re-Up Supplies are sold by the case. This is how we keep pricing fair and pass bulk savings directly to you.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
No minimum order. You can order as little as 1 case or as many as you need. Volume discounts apply automatically at checkout for orders of 5 cases or more.
Can I mix sizes and colors in one order?
Yes. When placing your order you can select your preferred size and color for each case. Mix and match as needed for your team or business.
Do you offer bulk or pallet pricing?
Yes. For orders of 10 or more cases you automatically receive 10% off. For pallet quantities or reseller pricing contact us directly through our Pallet Quote Request page and we will get back to you same day.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How fast does my order ship?
All orders are fulfilled and shipped within 24 hours of purchase. Standard shipping takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer local delivery in Los Angeles?
Yes. We offer local delivery throughout LA County every Tuesday and Friday for a flat $10 fee per order regardless of quantity ordered.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive an automatic notification with your tracking number via SMS or email depending on how you placed your order.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship to all 50 states. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

What is your return policy?
We stand behind every product we carry. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order for any reason contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right — full refund, replacement, or store credit. No questions asked.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately with a photo of the damaged item and we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund within 24 hours
