Request deletion of your personal information
You can ask Re-Up Supplies LLC to delete the personal information we hold about you. This page explains how.
How to make a request
- Email support@reupsupplies.com with the subject "Data deletion request", or call 213-418-1897 (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM PT).
- Include your full name, the email address and phone number you used with us, and your business name if it applies.
- We will reply to confirm it is you. We may ask you to verify details from a past order before we delete anything.
What happens next
We will confirm that we received your request within 10 business days and complete it within 45 days, as privacy law requires. If we need more time or cannot delete something, we will tell you why.
What we may keep
We may keep information we are required to keep by law, such as order, payment and tax records, or that we need to resolve a dispute or prevent fraud. Information held by Shopify, payment processors and shipping carriers is covered by their own policies. You can also use the Shopify Privacy Portal for data Shopify holds.
