Free shipping on every order

Every order ships free to addresses in the contiguous United States. No minimum, no code needed.

When your order ships

We buy shipping labels every business day (Monday to Friday) for the orders placed the day before. Most orders leave our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday go out the following Monday. We do not ship on weekends or major holidays.

Delivery times

We ship with UPS and FedEx ground services. Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after they ship, depending on where you are. Delivery times are carrier estimates, not guarantees, and weather or carrier delays can add time.

Holiday orders: order by December 15 for Christmas delivery.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way.

Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. territories

Some items ship to Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. territories by USPS at the rate shown at checkout. If an item can't ship to your address, checkout will tell you before you pay.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only.

Late, lost or damaged packages

If your tracking stops moving, your package is lost, or something arrives damaged, contact us and we will track it down and make it right. See our refund policy for returns.
